1. Free Trial Period

RedToLead offers a 14-day free trial for new users. During this period, you can explore all features without any charges. You will not be charged until the trial period ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any fees.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with RedToLead. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service, and we were unable to resolve them
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a billing error
  • You canceled your subscription but were still charged
  • The service did not meet the features or functionality as described on our website

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind about using the service
  • You did not cancel your subscription before the renewal date
  • Your Reddit account was suspended or banned due to your own actions that violated Reddit's Terms of Service
  • You violated our Terms of Service or engaged in unethical practices
  • You have already received a refund for a previous billing period
  • More than 7 days have passed since the charge date

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of RedToLead.

6. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days of purchase if you have not extensively used the service. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

7. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in your billing cycle unless you qualify under the conditions outlined above.

9. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and deny any future service. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
