1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RedToLead ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use RedToLead for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on RedToLead
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Ethical Use and Reddit Compliance

You agree to use RedToLead in an ethical manner that complies with Reddit's Terms of Service and API Terms. Specifically, you agree to:

• Not engage in spam or automated posting
• Not manipulate votes or engage in vote manipulation
• Provide authentic, value-driven engagement on Reddit
• Not use the service to harass or abuse other Reddit users
• Comply with all subreddit-specific rules and guidelines

RedToLead is not responsible for any account suspensions or bans resulting from misuse of the service.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

5. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or RedToLead cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings.

6. Free Trial

RedToLead may offer a 14-day free trial to new users. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.

8. Service Modifications

RedToLead reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RedToLead, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
